I would go back to the 20s. Jazz was at it's peak, society still had class and style, the cars were awesome and bootlegging was king.

Probably the 60s. Everything wasn't so politically correct, muscle cars made some insane numbers, and people weren't such pussies compared to now (lawsuits, blame everything on ADD, medications for the stupidest shit, etc)
