Our reviews are two option only. "great" "bad". There is no 1-5 system so pretty much everyone gets a raise!

I got 5% last year...I am guessing that is the max they raise...

I'm really not a slack ass when it comes to work (school, yes). I just finish the work that I'm given quickly and then have free time. Anyways, at least I get a dollar raise when I come back in April.
shit i better get more than a dollar raise next week...better be more like 7 or 8 dollar raise

My review is lunch with the boss and supervisor and them asking me what i like about the company still and what needs improving h:

and hopefully them telling me im still the best drafter in the world

is there any way they can find out how much i have been surfing the internet? :noes:
