Diners
they are pretty popular. theres a place called mother's cupboard down the road a ways, they have a frettata that is just insanely huge and you get your picture on the wall if you finish it.

There was a place in Mt. Pleasant, SC that I used to go to... "Simple Sam's" it was the classic silver diner (looked like a railroad diner car) the place was tiny only about 14-18 seats 4 or 6 of them stools at the counter. There also was a place in New Bedford, Mass. that was another classic silver diner both places had the same things in common good food and cheap. There's a diner in Ann Arbor also it's the "Fleetwood Diner" another of the silver diners.
