XBX360 peeps
Rainbow Six: Vegas
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Great Microsoft released charge stations, battery packs, wireless adapter, xbox vision. etc....!
Lost Planet
Mass Effect
and so on and so on!
never even got to set that up. i dont know why but it just never worked for me. :wtc:
I played RS3 on the PC and I do have Vegas on the 360. I believe the demo is in the marketplace. Very good game however I understand you like the technical aspect of these games. They took out the mission planner, you cannot select your teammates nor outfit their weapons...only yours. The cool additions is the fact you can go into 3rd person and mark the targets off while you're in cover. It's not entirely new, you still have the unique R6 feel. Lately I've been switching between GOW and R6, I usually play GOW when my friends are on and when I want a faster paced game...
Yeah, it's pretty awesome. If you have the Windows Media Center OS there is a freeware Codec pack you can d/l and be able to watch all your movies. Picture quality is great, especially for high-definition files.
Well make sure your OS is up-to-date. You don't need Windows Media Center to watch the movies, you can either download the Windows Media Player 11 or Zune software. Both programs support file sharing for the 360. It's pretty straight forward.
i just installed WMP11 and i am able to plys music. i just cant get it to play videos. when i go the the media>video>my computer it keeps telling me that no video were found... yes i have added video to my library yet it still wont work. i've had the 360 since it came out and i still cant get that to work

Ok, so after installing Windows Media P layer 11 (and even Zune) I couldn't stream music, videos, or pictures from my pc anymore. My PC could see my Xbox, but my Xbox couldn't see my PC. Here's what I had to do to get them to recognize each other.
1. Stop the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service
a. Go to "Start"
b. Click "Run"
c. Type "services.msc" and a box will pop up
d. Scroll down to "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service".
e. Double Click the service to bring up it's properties and click on "Stop".
f. Leave this screen open
2. Allow your computer to show hidden and operating system files.
a. Go to "Start"
b. Click "Run"
c. Type " C: "
d. After the "C:" drive is opened, click on "Tools" on the toolbar.
e. Scroll down and select folder options.
f. Click on the view tab.
g. Scroll down to "Hidden Files and Folders" and make sure "SHOW Hidden files and folders" is selected.
h. Scroll down to "Hide Protected operating system files" and make sure it is NOT checked
i. Select "OK" if any pop up boxes appear.
j. Select "OK" to close the "Folder Options" folder.
3. Delete the DRM Folder
a. Open your "C:" drive
b. Double-Click the "Documents and Settings" folder.
c. Double-Click the "All Users" folder.
d. Double-Click the "DRM" Folder. (If this folder does not appear repeat step 2 above.)
e. Select all folders and files in this folder and delete them. (If they do not delete, you didn't stop the "Windows Media Network Sharing Service" correctly and you need to retry Step 1.
4. Restart the "Windows Media Network Sharing Service"
a. Go to "Start"
b. Go to "Run"
c. Type "services.msc"
d. Scroll down to "Windows Media Network Sharing Service" and highlight the item (do not doubleclick it).
e. Once you highlight the item, it will give you the option to "Start the Service". Click on the word "Start".
5. Connect with WMP 11
a. Start Windows Media Player 11
b. CLick on Libary, scroll to "Media Sharing" and go through the process to make sure your Xbox is still seen by your PC and is still "allowed".
6. Sync with your Xbox 360
a. Start your Xbox.
b. Go to the system tab
c. Select Computers and DESELECT any pc's that currently show up. If no PCs show up, then no problem.
d. Go to the Media tab, select Music Select, Select "Computer", and select "find PC"
e. Cross your fingers! and good luck. Hopefully your Xbox Finds your PC now.
