Default New things to do for 2007

So 2006 was spent with buying new and hot stuffs, spending moneys on crazy lavish trips and just material stuffs.

07 seems like a good year to bring it back home.

Things I want to do with my money in lieu of buying a new car:

Go to the local museums (I just got tix)
Homie trip to Magic Mountain (cheap and crazy fun)
Camping - I've only gone 3times in my life
Snowboarding
Short cruise to mexican riviera
trip to spain
trip back home to hawaii
golfing
surfing
mountian biking (i'm getting that rack for the bimmer)
run a couple half marathons (maybe a full if I'm crazy enough)
official "movie nights" at my house (gotta use that new tv right?)

Things I'm learning:
Brother in law is teaching me how to play piano
Still learning how to play guitar -
I've signed up for golf lessons (second one is this saturday)
Learn to play tennis and raquet ball
Play more basketball
Find an indoor volleyball league
Ballroom, swing and salsa lessons for me and mar.

I'm trying pack as much fun as I can into this year. Anyone else thinking along the same lines?

I'm also considering leaving this job to work for a very large corporation with an in house legal department that's shown some interest in me. This would mean less hours, no billable requirement, more money, but a farther commute.

Oh 2007... its going to be a fun year!

I've always wanted to learn a fighting style, I'm really intrested in Crabe Mcgraw since I hear its a realistic fighting style and its a little easier to pickup over some of the other more formal styles.

Go to the Salton Sea
Kayak more
Wheel my own rig in the spots I have wanted to go to for a while.
Travel all of Route 66
Visit more ghost towns and abandoned buildings

Not sure what else but thats the beginning of the list.

Are you going to see the Dead Sea Scrolls? I bought tickets about amonth ago

Magic Mountain...SOOOO fun!!! Can I be a homie?

Where are you planning on going camping, I camped in Idyllwild this summer as well as along Highway 1. DAMN fun.

Carnival Cruiselines are starting their tours from San Diego (we are now a port starting in like June) to Baja CA, etc...

Sounds like you are going to have an action packed 2007!

We need more meAts too
