The official shed those holiday pounds thread
So I admit I gained about 10-11lbs over the past few weeks, and I shocked myself when I hoped on the scale and also when some of the clothing was becoming a little tight. I started on x-mas day and I've been good all week cutting out the cheese, and cookies and all that crap that I usually don't eat. Since I've started hitting the gym and doing my thing I'm already down 4-5 lbs. I figure it will take me another 2 or 3 weeks to get back to my normal weight. who else has to take off the weight?
"I need to watch myself" and then proceeded to say something about driving or whatever. It wasn't important.
I gained a few, but mar makes some pretty awesome cookies. I checked this am and I'm 3 over normal. blah.. its all goodness.
I am starting a new regiment with a homie of mine on wednesday. I'm actually going on a loading phase of micronized creatine and supplementing with protein shakes + regular multivi+ glucosamine. Lean foods / low fat; 3 days heavy lifting 3 days cardio.
I hope to see some awesome results by february.
