Damn, thats crazy. Are these dry spots on top of bondo? In some of the bondo place the paint came out kinda crappy, don't know why, but it can only be seen up close 
. Oh well what can you expect for 500?

Most likely the primer was put on too thin, no base was applied, or there just isn't clear. Can't tell from pics though.

Damn, those fegs who painted it suck, I doubt they even used primer at all. You seem like you know a bit about painting, can you tell me the basic steps that need to be followed? Thanx
