Default 2003 Accord replacement key

I have a 2003 Accord and need to copy the key. Is the 4 button (open, lock, truck open, panic) type. No evodence of a chip. Is cut on both sides.
Can anyone other than a dealer make a replacement? I noticed replacement blanks are available on eBay.

yes it has a chip.

you might find a key guy do cut the key out.... but iirc, only the dealer can program the key.

Streetkeys.com will sell you a key blank, and set you up with a local locksmith/technician who has the equipment to activate the chip to your car (assuming that you have a master key)

I just used them for a 2001 Accord. It cost me $65 for two key blanks and the locksmith services. Honda wanted $70 for one of them.

6 out of your first 7 posts reference that place. I sense a spammer.

No, actually.

I was just very pleased with the service.

People often complain about the job that people do for them, but rarely share the good stuff.

EDIT: And every post was giving the wrong information that only the dealer could help them. I find the dealer's overcharging to be very annoying
