Default Workout Krew v.protein

So? Do you guys use protein? I used to until I read that its actually bad for your kidneys :noes:. I'm just wondering if there are any safe ones to use, because I've been working out but I can't really see too much of a difference , so I'm thinking of using protein again. So help me out! Thanx

Protein isn't bad for your kidneys.

Whey protein, and weight gainer. If i have a good mixture of muscle and some fat, then i'm happy. I'm at 214 currently, 10 more pounds will do me just right.

I'll try to find the article . So what kind would you guys recommend? I've seen the Maxi Milk (thats what I think it was called), and it looked like a reputable brand. I think i'm going to buy some. What others are good?

Hmm... The one I have now seems kinda cheap. And when I mix it with milk (yea thats teh way I roll ), it has 600-700 calories :nervous: in 12oz. I dunno but that doesn't seem healthy. But it is whey protein.

I used to make protein shakes that were over 1000 calories, made my poop hard :chuckles:
