well i reformatted my computer today and i cant figure out why this is happening but i downloaded mozilla firefox and it wont open. its all installed and everything but when i click on the icon to open the browser it gives me the little timer thing near the mouse for like 3 seconds then it goes away and nothing happens help please?

that happened to me years ago.... when i first downloaded firefox, I couldn't understand why it wouldn't open. So I just didn't use it... since then I had multiple fresh system re-installs and gave firefox a try and its ok now
