Just got a call from my old employer about a new position that has been created and they want to get together for lunch to talk about it. He said remember what you were making before? Add $20K to it and that's what you're looking at. We'll discuss more when we go to lunch and see what you think.

I like the sound of it more money is always good, but I left for advancement opportunity. I gave them a 2 month notice to finish projects before the fiscal year ended to leave on good terms.

I guess i'll wait and see what comes up at the lunch next week and weigh my options. It kind of feels nice to have someone call you back with news like this and for me to be in control.
