Digicam opinions - Canon's

Digicam opinions - Canon's
I am going to get one of these three, but I can't decide on which one considering they are all practically the same
Any digicam experts chime in on this? Please remain focused on these three if all possible Thanks
Canon SD600
Canon SD630
Canon SD700
I am looking for actual user feedback because online reviews are, again, the same for all three. LOL

They all have the same sensor.
SD600 and SD630 have the same lens, the SD600 is marginally smaller overall while the SD630 has a bigger/nicer 3" LCD screen on the back compared to 2.5" for the SD600.
The SD700 has an image-stabilized lens, is a bit bigger still, and the smaller 2.5" LCD like the SD600.
What will you be using this camera for?

Anyway my battery is about to die and I'm lying in bed without the power cord, but take a look at the Fuji F30. Cheaper, better picture quality, way more useful in low light. If this is to be a bar/social camera you will get much better results from the F30. The F20 is cheaper still if you only want auto modes.

I am gearing towards the SD600 more though because the only huge difference with the 600 and the 700 is the image stablizer......everything else is marginal and not worth the difference. Thanks Mike....I'll check out the Fuji

If you're taking anything besides snapshots I'd go with the SD700...I'm waiting on the price to come down on that a bit and thats going to be my next small camera. The image stabilization is great for certain shots...but if its just for party pics, you wouldn't really need it too much.

I just bought my gf the SD630 for Christmas. After looking at the 600's, the 630's were right around the same price with a larger LCD. I got tired of her asking to borrow my camera. h:

I think I have the sd 550 or 600.. both are so similar, you wont really notice any difference with regular use.
I bought it from costco.. awesome camera for the price. Canon = great point and shoot.
