yes i am FF1 certified. i still have to do my practical, but there is a 6 month wait with my department - you have one year from the written to complete it. i'd rather wait and get as much practice as i can on actual calls before i take my practical so that i know how to verbalize what i am doing (that is a requirement). i have a couple of FF that said they'd help me practice as often as they could (one being the beau heh).
