so i just ran some updates on my ibm laptop and suddenly my photoshop, indesign, illustrator and imageready wont work. the validation information for the software is gone...my name, company and serial number just dissapeared and now i have to reinstall the entire creative suite.

anyone ever have this?

 

fortunately this has not happened to me....but I also don't have an IBM anymore.

i had alot of optionals...driver updates for the display/ driver update for my gigabit network card/ fingerprint reader updates/

then also a couple recommended core system updates. i think one was a bios update..

if iwant software i just call the girl in charge of our laptop upkeep and tell her to order it

 

then call the laptop girl and have her fix your rig :dunno:
