pee on cats?
so my neighbor's cat is fucking annoying. always in front of the front door. So i got one of those motion sensing things that emit sound that keeps them away. My sister suggested sprinkling my dog's pee around the house.. would that work? I know cats are territorial...

Drop rat traps around the porch area.
You could also get one of those cat spray devices they have but I think the cat has to wear a radio tag for it to work, not sure though.
