Default Computer gurus...which card?

So I am looking for a decent TV Tuner card. Which do you think would be good?

or find me some others...looking in the price range of ~$40

Also, the house I am living in has cable modem with wireless...should I just get a cable modem for my desktop or a PCI Wireless card for my desktop?

a. cheap tv tuners =/= decent. snowy picture, off-sync audio, etc.

b. another cable modem = another $30(+/-) bucks per month.

Honestly I doubt there will be much difference between a $40 card and a $20 card. I have a POS Kworld card I bought a few years ago. Video quality is OK, audio was a problem if I ran it through the tuner with coax.
