Im having some troubles trying to figure this out for Toms mom. His mom had it when she was in south Carolina, she moved back here to st. louis and now she cant get it to work here. Any know this stuff fairly well?

I cant send or receive an e-mails, and ovbiously the computer is on if I am typing on here.

It was working fine in south carolina now it wont work here

well south carolina has a different internets down there. You'll need to get the cd for the over midwest internets and install that.

How long ago did she move? Maybe the POP3 or SMTP connection changed...

you have to set up the new account info (from your interweb provider) if you moved to a place with a different interweb company.

Secure connection protocol probably changed, check their site and update the settings as necessary.
