what should i know about hdtv tuners for the PC?
i want to get one for my fiancee's bro for xmas, but i'm coming to find that there are more to this things than i realized..

- he'll need a pretty powerful pc to record/watch HD at full quality.
- if he is close to TV stations.... he'll pick up free OTA broadcasts using an antenna
- it wont decode encrypted HD and digital signals (HBO, etc)
