Default Digital Cameras ver.PocketSized

Anyone have/had/used a Sony T* digital camera? I really don't want to lend my gf my 20d when she wants to use a camera, so she kinda hinted she wanted something cheap for herself for Christmas.

I've owned several Sony's before DSC S75/85/V1, and they were all nice cameras. I'm thinking more along the lines of something pocket sized for her however. Maybe the T50. Any other suggestions?

I have a SD400 for my pocket when I dont want to lug my D70 around. I like it. I wish it was faster like the D70 though

A lot of people like the SD line from Canon. You can pick up a SD600 for $200, and SD cards are cheap.

True dat. Yea I looked at those briefly. She liked my old A620 and the SD600 looks much smaller and almost pocket-able. Thanks, I may have to get her one.

i used one of the older T series cameras...... it was nice, but pictures in low light (ie, clubs/parties/etc) often came out blurry h:

Fuji F20 is nice and idiot-proof and for a "social" camera has probably the best low-light sensor of any p&s out there.

Thanks for the recommendation WiLL. The SD line definitely fits what she was looking for and we get to stay in the Canon family . I ended up getting a SD630 for just a little more than what I saw the 600's going for. I hope she's happy!
