eye strain and increased stress tend to cause your eyes to spazz out. take a nap.

u know what works when my eyes twitch, i find a mirror so i can watch them twitch, but as soon as i look into the mirror, it goes away. kind of like when your arm twitches, and as soon as u tell someone to watch it, it stops.

My right eye and left thumb keep twitching. Some say it is stress-related.
