That is your problem right there, putting the good pussy on a pedestal. You don't even have to act on it, they smell it already. Treat the hot ones as if they're no prettier than what other guys see them. Think about it, hot girls get hit on all the time....the only time their eyes raise is when someone jumps out of the norm and doesn't treat them as special. A good example to observe is at work. There's always that one girl that all the guys hit on and always visit at her desk. Be the opposite of that guy but don't totally avoid her. Make your presence known.
