I was just talking to a friend that has been selling ps3's on ebay and craigs list. He got a few of them pre-ordered from a site in England that got him the systems a week before anyone could get them, and he has, or had a total of 7 60gig ps3's. he told me he's made about $6800 so far and still has 1 left to sell off. Thats not bad considering he never waited out in the rain to get one. he just pre ordered at a gamestop that happened to be right next to section 8 housing. the other people that ordered them never showed up so he snatched them up. It totally blows my mind how much people are spending to get those systems. I gave my friend props for pullin off the mad profits.

 

I never waited out in the cold or rain either...

another reason I can't get a ps3 yet is I don't have a tv good enough to enjoy it on. I'm hoping to get a 42" LCD in the next year or two, then I have to get the surround sound, then I'll consider getting a ps3.

 

:werd: My TV isn't HD, no point in buying it if I can't enjoy it to it's full potential :hs:

I bought a westinghouse 42" LCD HDTV for $1217 after paying for 5 year warranty, I think it was a pretty good deal

 

I don't think I would buy a PS3 for retail or even the price of a PS2 if I was forced to keep it. No new GT no need for PS.
