do you guys have lots of family and or friends over for christmas dinner or just immediate family?


for me, it's always just been my parents, my bro and me...and the recent years have included ling too.

the main circle always is my mom's sister and her family (they live 8 blocks away...well the parents do now, all the kiddies are grown up), my sister, her husband and their two kids, my brother, me and my parents. my other sister may fly out with her husband and daughter from DC, but i dont think so this year since shes pregnant again. My gf is usually around too.

For Christmas eve we'll have our son, his girlfriend and their daughter, her mother and sister. Christmas day we go to my wife's sister's for dinner her her husband and daughters, my wife's parents and her brother and his wife.

christmas eve is just my family and my mom's immediate family, so eight people. christmas day is beyond boring and we do nothing. i always get chinese food though.

it's ... whatever.

I honestly like to relax on XMas eve. On that day, I seem to be completely at peace. I just breathe better for some reason.

Xmas day, I drive all around the place playing Santa to the god daughter and girlfriend(s). h:

xmas day, its just me, mom, sister.

the rest of the family gets together on xmas eve, to avoid traffic etc.. on xmas day.
