Yeah, some people are hardcore and keep dip in their mouth all day. That is just nasty. When I used to do it I would have one in for no more than 10 min and I'd only do it once or twice a day. That lasted for about a summer. After that I'd find myself occasionally doing it maybe once every other month with my buddies who did it a lot. Haven't done it for a long time now.
