Back in the day 85 was the norm but after my speeding tickets (with radar detector Solo S2 !)

Haven't past 70 in 2 years except 4-5 times.

The last time I was on the NYS thruway I went through 2 radar and 2 laser traps going west from Albany to Buffalo. I got advanced warning of the radar ones but the laser ones, I woulda gotten a ticket if I was going faster. 74 MPH accoridng to my navi is pretty safe. It's just not worth it to go 80 or 85 and constantly worry about it.
