Default WTF...ebay scam?

So I sold my radar detector on eBay last week. I got the payment through Pay Pal, and got the person's address. I package it up, send it out, and I get it back today and it is stamped "No Such Number."

I recieved an e-mail from the person asking when it would arrive last Friday, so I e-mailed them back today and let them know that I got it back in the mail, and I needed another address and/or them to verify the address I sent it to.

Well, they said, "send it to XXXXXXX" which was the same address I asked them to verify. I replied saying that is the exact address I had on the label, so I needed another one, and for them to call me.

Well it's been about 5+hours and I've heard nothing. I am wondering what to do.

I don't understand the dilemma. You have the money and the radar detector.

Are you sending it UPS? I went through a similar situation a few weeks ago with UPS, they swore my address didn't exist. It's on a 30 mile road with nothing but houses, I don't understand how they could have a hard time finding it.

Anyway, mabye try a different shipping carrier?

USPS has my vote. They run the same routes every day, and chances are even if the address was off somehow, it would still get there.
