Default This should taste good

After going to the supermarket for parsley, sage, whole grain mustard, red pepper flakes, an onion, garlic, carrots, red potatoes, and apple cider....I have created a paste that I spread onto a 7-lb ham I got from work.

Tomorrow I shall commence cooking and hopefully my roommate, my sister, and her friends show up around the same time.

Ham - Bonless?

There already cooked, i'd smother that in there pretty well to help it absorb the flavor. Use a fork or syringe. Pineapple works wonders too!

Big azz bone in the center I got the paste in the scores as best I could. Right now it's wrapped in plastic wrap and sitting in my fridge overnight covered with the paste.

Pepsi or Coke does wonders for Crock Pot Roasts. Especially those Lean Tuff cut's that everybody swear are the best. Like Bottom Round.

I'm sure your ham will be good! Bone-In Skinless & shankless ftw!
I use brown sugar and some of the stuff you said.

Those boneless ham's kinda suck because there "formed" which means never consistent. Usually made from any ham that's gone out of code. Run it through a coarse grinder once, bag and re-smoke it.
