I haven't. Gained about 25 pounds since then.

I have recently started lifting regularly. I got 135 on the bench today......thats my max as of now. :hs:
Short term goals-
-Get weight from 170 to ~180
-Gain visible muscle mass
-Get up to 150 on bench
Long term-
-Go into football camp at top strength
-mow over the other recievers :lmao:

I'm almost at my target weight, but that may increase since it's nowhere near my target size. I weigh 190 now but I look 170.
I reached my bench goal (185) and beat my squat goal (190) and am close to reaching my deadlift goal (175).
