I used to workout with alot more free weights, so i'd use a glove. Now I do more machine and stuff, but I still get small callouses on my palms from curls and other stuff. :rick:

I just wear gloves whenever I do shrugs or deadlifts.

Gloves. My hands are already fucked up from manual labor jobs. I dont need the gym to make them "manlier". :hs:

I can't get callouses. I've tried and they don't form. I have to wear gloves cause of that. Last time I forgot my gloves on a chest/shoulder day, my hands got so fucked up I had a hard time using a taking a shower that night from how hurt my hands were.

I have some black padded harbringers.

Are they available at sporting goods stores, or could i find them at a walmart?

i have a feeling walmart would carry them. but anywhere like champs would have them

oh, and if you have weak wrists like i did, you should get the ones w/ wrist supports. they really help.
