Best buy has 19" and 22" LCD monitors I want for $130 and $200. I'll have to see, I'm kinda broke right now.

yes, the 19 is samsung. They also have a 19" HDTV from westing house for $200, and I would like a tv, but would it suck balls as a monitor or being exactly the same as an LCD "monitor" with a built-in tv-tuner??
