Apparently merchandising/advertising agreements trump looking classy if you're an NFL coach.

I think a windbreaker and khakis looks more fitting on a football field anyway. Suits just look out of place.

And that reminds me...does anybody know why baseball coaches wear game uniforms? I always found that odd h:

Suits class up the sidelines, something needed in this day of murdering/showboating/crybaby NFL stars.

If Bill Belichick can wear a baggy hoody with cut-off arms and look like a hobo, why the fuck can't coaches who want to wear suits do so? Which one is better for the NFLs image? Put a little Reebok or team logo on the suit lapel and call it a day.

Jack Del Rio looked pretty stylin', I must say.

Why does the NFL need to be "classy"? It appeals to the blue collar guy, its not exactly the most sophisticated of activities.

I spend every Sunday in the fall, and every Monday night, and every other odd football day like the occasional Thursday or Saturday, watching football.

At my job, I talk. I send emails. I research whatever the latest piece of telecom infrastructure gadgetry it is that my clients need to hire someone to work on. I draft contracts. I probably have never done a hard day's work in my life.

I drink Bombay Sapphire martinis, I get excited when I walk through the pots & pans section at a store and see some new skillet I want. I wear a blazer to the bar. I drive a Miata.

Man, I am so blue collar it hurts.
