Default BCS confusion

So the BCS standings came out. Michigan is still #2 (yay for rematch!). But here's what I'm wondering:
There are 5 BCS bowls, so the top ten teams will fit in accordingly. Here's the rankings:
1. Ohio State
2. Michigan
3. USC
4. Florida
5. Notre Dame
6. Arkansas
7. West Virginia
8. Wisconsin
9. Louisville
10. LSU
11. Boise State
12. Auburn
13. Texas
14. Rutgers
15. Oklahoma
16. Georgia Tech
17. Virginia Tech
18. Boston College
19. California
20. Tennessee
21. Wake Forest
22. Nebraska
23. Brigham Young
24. Clemson
25. Penn State
(note PSU is ranked- not on the other polls but yay anyway). My question is, since there are three big ten teams in the top ten, will PSU go to the capital one bowl (usually reserved for big ten #2). We all were thinking it would be outback, but if they stay in the BCS bid (which they should), then we would get that bid. Which kinda sucks for people I know, because they've already booked hotels and bought tickets for outback. What do you guys think?

And I gotta add, I can't believe Rutgers stayed so high. They played like shit against Cincinatti.

Wisconsin is in the Big Ten and ranked rather higher than Penn State.

Ooops, i forgot to explain that. When I say "they stay in the BCS bid" I meant Wisconsin. I'd be a loony if I thought PSU would get a BCS bid. I mean that Wisconsin, who was originally projected for capital one bowl, if they're going to a BCS game, would we take that spot? Or do you think they will not get the bid?

It's all still up in the air. I don't think Wisconsin will get a bid, honestly they're so overrated and really aren't a very good team. It's way too complicated with too many ifs just in how teams are picked, I just wait and see who gets bids once the season is done. As for any Big Ten teams, the rest of the world still has at least one more game to play (some have 2) so there's a ways to go til everything gets sorted out.

If SC runs the table against ND and UCLA, they'll be playing Ohio State. Or at least that is how it should be.
