I was out and about and I happen to see a Walmart tonight... So I say to myself, I think I'll go and see if they have the Wii...

I walk to the electronics department and long behold, there is a Wii. Apparently, the nerds were out and about also and picked them up prior to me getting there, 1 system left, the walmart employee unlocks the case and walks me to the register.

This kid comes by and looks around, sees the employee and ask him if there were any more of the Wii left, the guy says no, around this time the kids mom comes around the corner, and he starts to tell her they were out. Feeling a bit shitty that a 20 yr dude is robbing a 10yr kid from getting fat from sitting in front of the TV, I call them over so they can purchase the last system in the store.

So who else got the system? How is it? yada yada yada....
I plan on picking it up somewhere else tomorrow.... h:

I'm going to get one when I get money. Someone offered me a flashed 360 for my PS2 and extras :hsughr:

 

I was there around 12:20ish... I probably missed the few that picked it up right at midnight h: Atleast I didn't get shot....

Hopefully I can find one tomorrow... I'm looking forward to playing Zelda... If I can't find the system, I'll just buy the game and read the instruction booklet until I get the console h:

I read earlier that the Nintendo will be more readily available than the PS3.

 

check that Wii location site. There are SOOOOO many more. Targets had like 80 each over here or something.

 

I'm not really a gaming guru -- someone enlighten me on the "flashed" 360 that Brar speaks of?

I remember something about PS2 and "Flashed" meaning you could play copied games. Similar?

I think because PS3 appeals to a broader crowd. That and there are about 4 times the amount of Wii's out there than there are PS3's at the moment. h:
