I wouldn't go back to a company known for screwing it's customers over. On the other hand cockbuster has been treating me really good. I actually can't keep up with all the movies available to me. It's like I just get done watching 3 movies and then get 3 more. It's a great problem to have.

I've never had a problem with netflix. Blockbuster has been a bitch over the years and I'll never do business with them again.

 

i actually never had a problem with them. all their customers were notified through mail about the lawsuit. thats how i found out.

 

netflix flagged my account because i took out too many dvds in a month period.

And just because you send them back fast doesn't mean your ripping them. At the time I didn't even have a dvd drive. Having 3 out can mean 2 in the mail. So I'd get one watch it, send out the next day, the next disc would usually arrive that day, lather, rinse, repeat. It's quite easy to do when you rent a crap load of anime series.

cockbuster has screwed a few people now and then but I don't believe it was a company wide policy that was in direct conflict with their advertisement of what the service actually was.
