i use to have one every day. (rockstar) fuked up my body good. after i stopped, i didn't have an appetite for 3 days.


also, some study's show that taurine doesnt go well with the body either as it stays in your liver for a lonnnnnng time which may cause serious problems in the future.

Yeah I used to drink rockstar and monster all the time. Now when I drink them I start to feel asthmatic (or what that should feel like considering I don't have asthma). I dont know why I have trouble breathing - so I stopped.
