Working Sunday night (6p-6a)
Have house closing monday morning (10a)
I have to work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Night (8p-6a)
Problem is, I have to move out before Thursday because I'm going out of town for the weekend and have to be out by then.
This is going to suck. :hs:
On a side note, I'm going to be coming out about 12k in pocket to pay off stuff after realtor fees and giving half of the profit to the builder.
Plus, thats no more 1,100 house note, 350 electricity, ~100 water & gas, 200 phone/internet/tv etc.

So why does it cost so much? I lived in a house of 3 and it only cost 80-90 for everything. Does the whole Katrina thing still play a role in that?

It's always been pretty high. It goes down in the winter because I have a gas heater but with it being so damn hot, the a/c runs most of the day. If my wife wasn't home all day every day I'm sure it'd go down dramatically.
almost 1800sqft is alot to keep cool down here.
