my game is low as well, but i ran into an identical situation this week...

If I was in your situation, this is what I would do. Try to organize something where you can get together with her, but have a bunch of mutual friends around at the same time. That way, there is never any akwardness and you can show her that you are into her while having a good time with everyone else. Your only mission is to get her number that night and tell her you had fun and ask if you can call her sometime.

This is pretty easy. You don't need 'game'. You just need to keep a conversation going with her when you see her, and then workout a way to contact her.
