Posted on the ESPN website a few minutes ago:
"Miami defensive tackle Bryan Pata was shot and killed Tuesday night at an apartment complex in Miami, Miami-Dade County police said. Details were not available. The 6-foot-4, 272-pound senior was a Miami native."
