Default workout crew: DAMN my boobs hurt

:wtc: Yesterday I focused a lot on flies and I am so sore right now.

I've been noticing an increase in muscle size though, although not much weight gain. I lost some weight from not working out for about 5 days straight. Hope I keep getting bigger

Yeah

Oh and you should try doing pull-ups every day. I'm trying to get "wings" and so far there's a little bulge there

That or swim. Same motion really plus cardio is involved.
