Windows taskbar
Dude, your laptop has got have physical buttons that you use to click things.
Put the arrow over a blank part of the taskbar.
Click with the right mouse button.
On the menu there's an option for Lock the Taskbar. If there is a check mark next to this, click this option.
Click the same place on the taskbar with the left mouse button. Hold the button in, and move the cursor down towards the bottom of the screen.
Repeat the same thing as earlier to lock the taskbar.
If you cannot follow these instructions, I suggest dipping your laptop in a nice beer batter, deep frying it, and eating it.
