Either it's a trailer queen and it doesn't even run, or it's behind the dash or by the kick panel area.

edit: pic didnt load of engine bay....now that i see it i say its a non runner yet. vacuum line on the mani isnt even hooked up, not a big deal, but a car as detailed as that you would think it would be
