I have arthritis in my left hand once in a while, a shoulder injury that bothers me once in a while and a bone chip in my hip that bothers me once in a while.

I've had advanced tendonitis in my right shoulder since I was 19 or 20. Sucks. I used to take anti-inflammitories for it... but I might need a Cortizone shot soon.

If I feel something on one side of my body that I've never felt before, I immediately check the other side. lol
I don't exercise as much as I used to, and it's taking a toll. I need to start some sort of joint therapy too.
Winter months = hard starts ( getting up ) in the morning. :hs:
