IMO.

Kids on the bus or not... if the company you work for decides your actions were not in compliance to company policy you can be terminated.

Exactly. It's retarded that people are making a big deal out of this. She should have been fired if she flipped off Bush, Clinton, Ghandi or some homeless guy. Doesn't matter.

But...here's a question for you....was the motorcade passing on the left or the right. If on the left. Possible but how would the kids had seen her finger anyway. Now if he was on the right then yea...kids could've seen it.
