If they had done this with an earlier actually good looking Civic then I could see it going over, but to be honest they sat on it far too long and are trying to reclaim their stand with the "tuner" market that has moved on from their recent mistakes in design.

 

I think its a good looking car, but its just an appearance package. trying to justify a 30K + price tag for asthetic mods is just crazy. I would totally understand if they had a mugen intake, header, and other go fast goodies but its mainly an appearence package that brings it over the price tag of a fully loaded TSX. Now if they include some go fast goodies besides the exhaust, then it might be worthy it but it doesn't look like that will happen. I'd buy a TSX way before I buy the special edition civic.
