morning all...just got done with my second meeting since 6 this morning, first chance to post,

im eating some leftover halloween candy that a coworker brought, but now im starting to feel kinda bleh. too much reeses and kitkats :yumyum:


my back feels swole from last nights workout. increased weight in two back exercises and flies w/o too much trouble. im definitely feelin it now

 

figured might as well plant the seed everywhereh:

no halloween candy here im spent on cookies and cupcakes already
