Default i think i have a skin condition [pics]

this is after a vigorous scratching
it goes away after about 20 mins

i think its from any combinatino of:
dirty nails
dusty atmosphere
laundry detergent

I think you either have a rash, or an allergic reaction of some sort.

If you can, and you're not allergic to them, take an antihistamine.

Reminds me of hives.

That indeed looks like an allergic reaction to something you might have eaten.
Some people have allergic reactions to the point of their throat swelling up.

after scratching?
or is the itch a result of the allergy?

Do you wash the cloths? if not, then it is not the soap.. you would have it everywhere but your hands. Been to a hotel lately? That soap makes me have the exact same thing... go see a dermatologist, they can tell you whats what.
