devos may have some unpopular business moves but he has to do whats best for the company and its shareholders....he would lose his position if he didnt do what made them money. im not sayin his choices were necessarily the right one but in the context of doing his job of making the company profitable and providing the most income for the shareholders he succeeded...seems if he was in charge of the state he would do the same for those shareholders....the residents of the state
