Default Crash Diet...

Always been a person with few extra pounds (consistent running would help to get the lean look), but have been always a step away and lazy.

Been hitting the gym and getting good results, but fell into a funk last 2 weeks and put on at least 5-6lbs.

Need to drop some weight by Nov 10th. That gives me 15 days. Never did any crash dieting. Any thoughts?

Fruits only or liquid diet or something? Curious to see what I can lose and not die in the next 15 days.

help appreciated, experience better..

You're gonna have to make like a wrestler/boxer, and do intense cardio wearing either a suit like Dom described, or a few layers of clothes.

run a 10k every other day...that is what I do for wrestling...it's the only thing that really works for me...and as for eating....fruit, vegetables, and egg whites...enjoy

crashing is really bad for you....especially starving yourself does more damage than good....just step up the routine, run farther harder longer, eat foods that are going to burn quickly no sugars...
