Well, I decided not to buy the one at GAP instead walked down to Kohl's who had something similar by Dockers for $81 (on sale, original was 180).

Same here. I've been sporting the Navy Pea Coat since for the last 4 years. Finally broke down and bought its replacement. Yup Navy Pea Coat v.2. LOL

ummm...I dunno about penn. Here in michigan that gray coat would be cute and all for about 15 minutes. I wouldnt be caught in anything less than my North Face full winter jacket/liner. Armpit vents FTW!
