Whenever I have a late movie from blockbuster, I always get a call reminder from 999-999-9999 :dunno:

last summer i got multiple calls asking about a winnebago in a kmart parking lot from about 10 random people.

you can change your outgoing number with most voip services... also, when i get calls from overseas, it often shows 000-000-0000

I get the "000-000-0000" from a close friend of mine whos number is stored in my phone as a regular "858-XXX-XXXX" number.
